consultation
Our team measures your space and discusses your must-haves. You’ll receive an honest cost estimate that fits your dream, after that we secure your project with a deposit that applies to your total.
Proposal
We create a custom remodel design tailored to your home and budget. You’ll get a line-by-line proposal with transparent pricing, material selections, and a clear project timeline.
Pre-Construction
Before construction begins, we finalize materials, order supplies, schedule subcontractors, and coordinate inspections.
Construction
Our team builds your remodel with careful attention to detail and schedule. Throughout the project we communicate consistently about progress, and coordinate all subcontractors and inspections.
